The beating heart of Future Proof will be the ½-mile beachfront exhibition hall. The Boardwalk will feature dueling outdoor stages, interactive art exhibits and 5 lounges, all with unique themes and settings. The 4-day citywide immersive experience all takes place within a walkable footprint of downtown Huntington Beach, California.  

Drawing from the worlds of money, technology, pop culture and impact, our community is purpose-built to connect free thinkers, product creators, investors and more, to create an environment that fosters conversation and the cross pollination of ideas.  

Future Proof separates itself from more traditional events when it comes to networking and how we connect. Fully understanding that networking is not a one-size-fits-all, we have created a range of evening social events, from large-scale concerts and beach parties to small, more intimate interactions based on shared interests. A strict NO-PAY-TO-PLAY policy ensures an agenda that is current, relevant and speaks directly to our attendees’ needs. Gone are the tired old sales pitches and people talking their book. In their place is a speaker lineup of fresh new faces and ideas driven by our community. 

There are only two ways to become a Future Proof speaker. One is an invite from our editorial team, or you can apply to be a speaker through our simple application process.

What else you need to know. 

Future Proof features a range of passes, all of which grant you access to all Future Proof-hosted events, including but not limited to content, evening receptions, our lounges, meeting rooms, the food pavilion and all four hotels. Please note some events may require preregistration or may be invite-only. Your Future Proof pass does not automatically qualify you for these events. 

Accommodations can be booked through the attendee portal and are only available to those who have registered for Future Proof. The attendee portal opens in November 2021.
