Mr. Biegeleisen is a member of the investment committee. He served with Steve Cucchiaro on the investment committees for both Windward and Windhaven Investment Management, Inc. His research effort is focused on discovering and exploring the interconnectedness of the global capital markets through quantitative and qualitative analyses, including utilizing machine learning algorithms. He is experienced in investment modeling, implementing efficient trading practices and has significant ETF industry experience. Prior to joining 3EDGE, Mr. Biegeleisen was the Director of Quantitative Research and Portfolio Manager at Beaumont Capital Management. He was the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Broadmeadow Capital, LLC an investment firm which he co-founded in 2014. Prior to this, he worked for Windhaven Investment Management as a Senior Investment Analyst and then Director of Research, leading the firm’s quantitative modeling, product due diligence and portfolio structuring. Before joining the investment industry, Mr. Biegeleisen was an engineer for General Dynamics and Textron, working to develop next-generation communications and defense solutions. Mr. Biegeleisen has a BS in electrical engineering from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, an MS in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. He became a CFA® charterholder in 2011 and is an active member of the CFA Society Boston.

Kevin serves as Global Fixed Income CIO and the Co-Head of the Investment Committee.In addition, Kevin serves on the firm’s Leadership Team, helping to set corporate strategy direction. Kevin's career has spanned more than 30 years and during that time he has served in various capacities in trading, portfolio management, and risk management. He joined RiverFront in 2010 and has served in several positions that included senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, Chief Risk Officer, COO of the RiverShares Division, and Chief Market Strategist prior to his current role. He is also a regular guest on financial news channels (CNBC, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance) and is frequently quoted in the financial press. Kevin earned a BA in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College, an MBA and a Master's in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2014.

With more than 25 years of professional investment experience, Jim has experience as an advisor, in building and overseeing multiple advisory platforms, and in managing two mutual funds. Jim has built fundamental, risk-based, and quantitative investment strategies using mutual funds, ETFs, and equities as well as those focused on alternatives or technical analysis. He has built models emphasizing active management, passive management, a blended Core-Satellite approach, and single or multi-factor approaches. More recently, Jim helped oversee the portfolio management, analysis, and due diligence for $4 billion of managed assets at Allworth Financial. Jim holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and the Chartered Market Technician designation. He also is a full member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association®. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Brigham Young University –Hawaii with Mandarin as the foreign language. Prior to college, Jim served a two-year mission for his church in the Philippines. He speaks fluent Tagalog.

Kirsten Chang is a Senior Industry Analyst at VettaFi. She previously worked at CNBC for over ten years as a Markets Producer on the New York Stock Exchange. In that role, she collaborated with Bob Pisani on market coverage and helped launch CNBC's "ETF Edge" show, podcast, and newsletter. Before that, she worked on CNBC's "Squawk Box," where she booked and pre-interviewed various financial leaders.
